Starting Dawnguard doesn't work (yea, I saw the sticky)

Post » Thu Nov 15, 2012 6:43 pm

I'm sorry to make a thread since there is a sticky, but I can't start it.

I'm level 10 exactly and I've talked to every guard in every city, nothing. No one will say anything about the Dawnguard. I even tried to find the place on my own using a map but no luck, I can't find it. What am I doing wrong?

hmmmm if the game is laggy then it will be because since it's newly installed it will take time did you restart your system? or did you let your xbox360 system cool down a heated system can also causes lags to appear

Maybe that's it. I was playing Skyrim when it downloaded. I'll restart my Xbox and post back here if it worked.

Thanks man! I restarted it and as soon as I went into Riften I was attacked by Vampies. It worked and the quest is started.
