Might I ask as to why you are so reluctant to start another game? Personally, I find starting a new character to be the sole enjoyment of Skyrim; there is nothing like experiencing the countless combinations of abilities that this amazing game has to offer. It is why the game still keeps me hooked several months later and also why I purchased Dawnguard without a moment's hesitation. I initially played an hour or two of Dawnguard with my former main character to test out the DLC and, besides the annoyance of the Vampire Lord beast form getting stuck in doorways, I was relatively impressed. But, because being a vampire didn't match that character's role-play, I decided to merely start again with the aim of playing as a vampire hunter right from the get go. So, here is what I came up with for those of you interested...
Race: Nord/Werewolf
Primary Skills: One-handed, Archery, Heavy Armour
Secondary Skills: Enchanting, Smithing, Restoration
Born to parents who had left Skyrim many years ago to earn their fortune within the Tamriel capital province of Cyrodiil, Bradley was finally at the ripe but still rather young age to leave home and set his foot in the world. His parents had always told him stories of the Nord homeland from whence they came and, when rumours spread of a vampire plague spreading across Skyrim and the reformation of the Dawnguard, Bradley could hardly resist a visit to his true homeland. But, upon his arrival, Skyrim's problems became apparent as he was caught in the middle of an Imperial ambush upon the Stormcloak rebels. Escaping from Helgen thanks to a timely return of the ancient dragons, he went onto Riverwood and Whiterun where he earned some coin, helped the Jarl and discover his destiny...he was Dragonborn.
Although summoned by the Greybeards themselves, Bradley decided they would have to wait and he set out for Windhelm. Not only had his near-death experience at the execution block fuelled a new-found hatred for the Empire, but the countless problems which plagued Skyrim from vampires to dragons had proved to him that they were not worthy of ruling the nation of Skyrim. He signed up for the Stormcloak army and, whilst awaiting orders, set out to the Dawnguard where he was gratefully accepted into their ranks. Now, using his forged and magically enchanted blades, heavy battle armour and the powers of life, he fights the vampires and his foes to hopefully return his homeland to the former glory his parents had spoken of so many years ago.
