hey all of you

i have played 70+ hours in skyrim and now i cant buy a house and have multiple quests i can't finish

i have read about that you can start over and try 2 keep all quests in order and do them right away then they will not interfering with other quests or each other

is this a solution to the bug problems or if somebody have tried it with success please write me i can't stand a unplayable quest agian
