what the console command to start a quest you haven't encountered yet?
I'm stuck on a glitched db quest and I tried startquest db09 and while I don't get an error message nothing actually happens.
Little help?

which quest?

dark brotherhood #9 (db09). After you kill the gourmet and come back to the db lair, I'm supposed to see whatshername for the next quest but she doesn't have the dialogue option. Looking for a console workaround.
