Stealing Plans from Treva's Watch : V

I'm trying to complete the Stealing Plans mission but when I activate the quest there is no mission marker on the map.

I've cleared Treva's Watch but the plan are NOT inside the chest they are supposed to be (I even looked on youtube). Any idea what's up with this?

i did...and now i can't complete stealing plans...
i can't find the silver stratagem anywhere ,, ( or maybe i've sold it... i can't remember ).

Hi, anyone else encounter this issue? I can't steal the plans. The item is not in the location it should be. The mission is in my que but when I activate it nothing shows up on the map...

driving me nuts

The location of the plans is random. Have you previously been to Treva's Watch? You may have to wait out the 30 day clean up period.

Yeah, I entered Treva's Watch before I got the mission. I'll try the 30 day period thing. Thanks for the suggestion.
