Where can I find some? Is there a place to buy them?

I've only been able to loot them from Nightkin.

Funny, only about 3 Nightkin I've killed had them.

Yeah, the stealth boys must get used up or destroyed as you combat the Nightkin. In my opinion so far (67 hours playtime, level 28), stealthboys are one of the mose precious and rare commodities in FONV.

I at least need one.

I see people say this alot but i tend to find a decent amount in comparison to others on here, i keep 5 in my inventory just in case i come across stuff that may require this as i dont rely on em and use em for personal reasons usually associated with stealing but i just looked and got 18 saved up and 5 on me and of course used a few to rob key places in Vegas. I find them in very unusual spots at times and it seems at some places they have absolutley no reason to be where they are but im not complaining. But thats on my first character with well over 100 hundred hours, my others i didnt really look for them since they game is easily beatable without them

Yes beyond needing them for the occasional rare situation (like stealing anything that isn't nailed down in the Silver Rush and getting NO negative karma :celebration: ) I have found little need to use them. However I believe there is one stealth boy located in the abandoned school house in GoodSprings in the safe.

Others can be found on the occasional nightkin. As for the rest unfortunately I don't remember exactly where I found them. Like the previous poster said you seem to find them REALLY randomly.

There are so few Stealth Boys in FNV that it makes me wish I had an Arch-Mage's chest to put one in and have it multiply into 10 more.

one in the wilderness at grid -11.-18 two in REPCONN launch facility (one in the basemant one in "mid" the main area).

The one in the wilderness is by a pole and a skeleton amid some pools of muddy water.

wandering merchants can have them and rarely shops will have them. Also some baddies can also have them tho again rarely.

Some Nigthkin are found already dead at the rocket test site. Look around theire corpses. Not on the corpes, guess they dropped them.
Found a few in ammoboxes, dont know if it is random.
And there are a few others lying on shelves etc. Stealth Boys in the open are easy to miss.
I have found 15 I think so yes they are rare.

The first one you can find is in the Goodspring school.

Joe Cobb has one on him.

With just those two you can get to Vegas pretty easily.

The guy at the Legion safehouse can give you two for free every time he goes to the safehouse. You can gain access to the Legion safehouse by becoming idolized by the Legion and talking to Lucius in Caesar's tent.

Do nightkin respawn anywhere?
