A stealthy follower better thanas good as Cicero

Do you know any and how to "get" them? I'm playing a redguard assasin at level 21 and I'm starting to get tired of " And I said to the baker...".

The spectral assassin. Thats the only real follower thats ok compared to cicero. Although he is not as good as cicero but eh hes ok. You could also mute cicero.
