I bought the game yesterday online via steam, today it finished downloading and i wanted to start it, but always a beautiful window pops up:

Steam - Error
This game is currently not available.
Please try again at another time.

So why is my game currently unavailable? i have the data on my harddrive and it's ready to play, so why the F doesn't it let me F play?
I have steam now for more than 3 years and this is the second time it happens and i am so F pissed off.

BTW, i live in "austria" and i downloaded the german version of the game, but in "germany" the game is censored and in "austria" the games should be always UNCUT.
So is my version uncut now or do i need some fix to get it uncut?

Quit Steam and start it again. That may solve the problem. Or it might be an update. In that case, just wait.

I quit steam and restarted it and nothing changed, i also restarted my PC but without success.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?

I've purchased it via steam, when i delete the game i have to re-download the 7,5 GB again

Have it check the Integrity of the files, that is not a full download, only what it finds to be an issue.

OK done, it says:

1 files failed to validate and will be reacquired.

Now its downloading 2,4 GB, thats a huge fix
What does it do now?

2,4 GB is the size of the speech files as far as I know. I assume steam installed the english version and downloads now the update for german language (and hopefully not the censored Germany 'exclusive' ).

I am from Austria too but I play the english version installed from a DVD.

When i downloaded it i changed immediately the language to german so that i dont have do download the german speech afterwards,
today i tried to change it to english and it didn't download any files, but as i saw it didn't change anything so i turned it back to german.
Strange...

Yeah i'm hoping too that i wont get the censored sh*t but i've allready downloaded a blood-patch, but i haven't installed it yet, first i want to check if it's cut.
