'Steam Error 9' when I try to update the mod : V

Hello. I have this problem for a couple of days already. Every time I try to update my mod on Steam Workshop, I get a messege:
"Failed to update the mod file on Steam! Steam error 9". And before you ask - yes, I tried to restart the Creation kit.

Help anyone? People are waiting for this update...

Google doesn't turn up much info, maybe it's a server issue.

Have you tried restarting your PC and loading steam and the CK up fresh?

Yes. Still doesnt work. I saw that some people had this problem as well, but I didnt see any solution.
