Steam publicized me that it is the last chance to preorder skyrim from the online download ... I wonder why ? since there is no special extra in doing so so what means?

It was a pop up of steam .. asking me to preload now as last chance , wich seems nonsense since I can do whenever I want and I don't get anything extra for preordering on steam ... I think I will go probably switch my Xbox preorder on gamestop for a PC order as costs less and will look better...
