Steam messing up with Skyrim

Any one knows what is it with this Steam reconfiguring Skyrim files to a new format thing?

It worked for me so I would not worry about it, just go ahead and let Steam do its thing I had mine do this last night....

I've played for a bit longer than a hour after the update and everything seems OK. Looks like there's nothing to worry about, I had that same kind of "update" with ArmA II not that long ago.
