Steam not activating my Skyrim game : V

I live in Thailand and pre loaded Skyrim as soon as it was available. I read that the game will be available at midnight for every region....so I wait.

It is now 2:40 am on 11/11/11......where is my game?

Check store.steampowered.com
Find skyrim, and check when it says itl unlock for you.
