Steam Unlock 3am EST / 2am CST ?

So can anybody confirm this? I'm noticing in Steam right now that the game is set to unlock in 4 hours, which for me is 2am (Chicago, CST), which is 12:00 midnight pacific time. So does the game universally unlock on PST? Guess I'll find out in 2 hours or not. Looks like I'll probably not be staying up all night if it does unlock at 2am, which, might not be a bad thing. lol!
