I have Lydia as a steward at Windstad Manor and I appear to have a few problems.

1. When I ask her to furnish the house for me, she only seems to build some of the possible options for the chosen room, but not all of them.

2. For some reason, I can have her furnish the Entry Room (1,000 gold) twice, but the second time I pick it, she tells me "I'm sorry, but you can't afford that." even though I have over 250,000 gold.

3. She doesn't provide the option to furnish the cellar.
