I'm in need of some minor assistance. I've been taking a short hiatus from Skyrim and now that I'm back in it I need a little help with housing and Hearthfire. I bought the land near Falkreath, I believe the house is called Lakeview Manor, and today there was a woman walking around named Rayya. Can someone tell me who this is? The dialogue options are ones you'd see with a housecarl, but I don't quite remember getting her as one. Also, it says I can ask her to be my steward. Is that a good idea? I don't know where she will go if I don't ask her to stay and be my steward so I'm not exactly sure as to what to do. What comes with someone being your steward? Any help is appreciated!
