Well the title says it all, as soon I go stage 4 as a vampire lord I get attacked on sight by everyone, wasn't this supposed to be removed with Dawnguard?
The only thing i can think about is that im running a custom race, the ashen to be precise, or was it because i ran berserk as a newborn vampire lord on my way to my first quest? ( I was not anywhere near a town btw )
Please help, its kind of a dealbreaker if I have to think of feeding all the time. Before Dawnguard I'd always go werewolf just because of the feeding part.

Chances are you have a PlayerVampireQuestScript.PEX file in your \SCRIPTS folder. That will interfere and take precedence over the update in the dawnguard.bsa file, although if you do...you might think twice about just removing it without knowing why it was there to begin with. Probably shipped with racecompatibility.esm or some other vampire mod?

That is true, I do have that .pex there, as I do with racecompability.esm
However I've also asked this question on the Nexus forums, and there were a couple others who experienced the same problem, where one of them had no problem with his Ashen save while he did have the problem with his Dunmer save
Will try to rename the script file to move it out of the way temporarily and see if that fixes it.

I never understood why they cut it, especially since Dawnguard makes it MORE obvious that you're a vamp, what with the glowing eyes.
