ok i gotta admit, when i first played with 2.1 patch the lag was gone. got a save game of 13+ mb.
ive paused my game for around 2 hours and start playing again. im on a main quest, got 2 companions with me, met a dragon, i start running and meet some bandits and guess what.... fps from 3 to 10....

the characters also look... different... i think their textures are lowered, its noticable from a distance.

conclusion: dont buy an elder scroll for a console it gives u troubles
