I started this quest, found the scout near the prison right off the bat, but i can't seem to find the scout near Nipton or Camp Forlorn hope. I've been all over the perimeter of both. I started this game before it got patched, is this one of the glitched quests? Or, am i just a non compass reading noob, lol, has anyone found these guys??

I found (and killed) all three of them. They are standing right on top of their respective quest arrows, so follow your compass and check your map. The two you are missing are both at the top of tall rocky hills.
