Stormcloak question

Post » Tue Sep 18, 2012 7:04 pm

So I just had a quick question, are there any stormcloaks or stormcloak supporters that aren't nords? I've been looking around and it honestly doesn't look like there are any at all. Everyone is either a nord stormcloak, an imperial or in the case of most of the elves and beast races indifferent.

The Stormcloak rebellion is a nordic nationalist movement, so its not supprising that the Stormcloak movement is made up of mostly nords. Glamor however doesn't care about race as long as your willing to fight and die for the cause and I've encountered Redguard farmers on their way to Windhelm to join the rebellion before.

There probably are, they just are hidden behind the mass of Nords.

Skyrim is Nord home turf.

I haven't seen any in game, at least none that I can remember but you could check UESP to see if there are maybe.

Some Stormcloak Jarls have non-Nord stewards, housecarls, or court wizards, but that's about it. In fairness, Imperial supporters are largely Nords too, though they are still more diverse.

It does seem counterproductive for a non-Nord to favor Ulfric, but it's not impossible.

This right here. And no, they're not all a bunch of racists, only Galmar's idiot brother, who isn't even in the army. And the side of the empire also has its bigots too, so don't get wrapped up in all of the "x is racist!" And if this issue really bugs people, then do not play Morrowind, as nearly every dunmer will openly say bigoted things.
