I have a very big and fatal problem.
i am in the Quest Gardner of men.I gave Storn the book and he wont read it.
I stare at him a couple hours and nothing will happen.
Hope you can help me. D:

Seems like he is bugged. Try hitting him with 3 words of Unrelenting Force, that often resets stuck NPCs.
