I would like to make something like this: you throw a special kind of grenade, that when it 'detonates', instead of the usual explosion+damage, an object or NPC appears instead. But I would like the object to appear where the 'detonation' happened, not near the player.
Can anyone please tell me how to do this, or point me to a command that can get an item's current location?
Also, where would I put the effect? In the 'explosion' data? Or should it be completely scripted, and not use the explosion/projectile route? I didn't see a place to specify a script effect.
