Strange happening in the Imperial Isle area.

I've been setting up Oblivion, and I was running aroudn testing things. Ran through a couple dungeons and everything seemed okay, but running around near and in the Imperial City there was some strangeness in regards to the landscape. First, my load order:

For starters, I'm playing with Unique Landscapes, Better Cities, New Roads and Bridges, Let the People Drink and Clocks of Cyrodil. Anyway, here's the first thing I noticed. This is in the Imperial Marketplace. Even though I'm using all the proper compatibility patches (I think?) I noticed this floating clock:

And http://img529.imageshack.us/i/crashp.jpg/, three out of four times I had a CTD. I did not CTD anywhere else in my playtest, nor did I CTD at all during combat or my run-through of Vilverin (did I spell that right? I can never spell these things properly). Note, this area was just beyond the previously mentioned areas.

Anybody have any ideas on what's going on?

As far as OBSE plugins, I'm using Elys Uncapper, Elys Silent Voice, Oblivion Sutter Remover, and Oblivion Crash Prevention.

2F ClocksOfCyrodiil_BC_OBC_OC_OCLR_Vanilla.esp

If its like the last time I used BC, you need to deactivate ClocksOfCyrodiil.esp, and use ClocksOfCyrodiil_BC_OBC_OC_OCLR_Vanilla.esp instead. It is a replacement.

Okay, I did as you suggested and that took care of the floating clock.

In regards to the items stuck in the ground outside and the CTD...I think it may be an issue with Let the People Drink...but I'm using New Roads and Bridges and I'm using the patch that's supposed to make UL, NRB and Let the People Drink work together, so that should be fine, right? Is there another patch I need?

Also, a completely un-related question, one that is actually related to EVE. I know that I'm supposed to only have EVE_StockEquipmentReplacer4FCOM.esp activated...does that mean I don't need to have Fransfemale.esp or Armentarium female.esp activated?
