Okay I bought Skyrim for PC during the steam sale installed it and played it. Everything worked fine except for the fact that whenever I move my mouse or walk forward all the shadows seam to bounce and shake. Also, it seams only in heavily lighted areas the objects that are bathed in light turn dark like there covered in a shadow whenever I walk. I've already tried changing all of the graphics and lighting options, except for anti-aliasing because I can't seem to find it in settings. I have no idea whats going on, its not affecting gameplay, but it is making me feel . . . awkward.

So Just to start I have troubleshot just about every way imaginable, tried clean install of GPU, disabling MODs, Starting New game, All INI/GPU/Game Settings tweaks I could find around the net, Even Took The case completely down to the MOBO and Built Back Up, Nothing has worked. To say I was Thorough would be an understatement, One Caveat: If I'm Playing in NVidia 3d 720p Mode the issue resolves, but I can't Play in Normal 1920x1080. This is the only Game that does this, Tested: JC2, Swtor, Metro2033, COH, WH40kSM, Alan Wake, All run without Issue.
