I found by chance that if you have the chaos damage enchantment, and its strong (get the augmented destruction element damage perks) then with the extra effect perk, you can place othe weapon enchantments that are overpowered. like for a sword put "chaos damage 115, and fear LVL 92"

wg\here a dragon priest mask that augments elemental damage, ahzidal, dukaan, zahkrossis. then the enchantments will be stronger. with the enchanting potion (25%) and ahzidal's armor. i have a powerful weapon. ive gotten absorb health to 91. without dragonmask.
but the chaos damage enchantment has to be on.
