I can't seem to progress this quest, I talked to the carriage drivers and they told me to go to dragon bridge so I went there and talked to everybody there and they tell me to ask the guards but the guards won't talk to me, they have no dialog, wtf am I suppose to do?

Try talking to the kid with the goat.

He had no dialog for me either, as with any child.

The first one I talked to, she didn't have anything for me either except some interesting gossip about the face changer in riften, but nothing to do with this quest...

Trust me guys I talked to everyone in town already or else I wouldn't be making this thread...

Talk to the little boy running around in Dragon Bridge.

This happened to me on one of my guys. He had completed the stormcloak side of the civil war and none of the guards would talk to me. My gf had just done it with no problem, she hasn't done any of the civil war quests so she told me were to go,and it advanced the quest line. Your not missing much if you they don't talk to you,

, that should advance the quest.

I figured it would be something to do with that, I also tried to talk to the imperial guards in the outpost, they won't talk to me either.

But I guess I will skip ahead then, thanks for the help.
