On the the quest "revealing the unseen" (college of winterhold questline), you are supposed to bring a focusing crystal to Paratus Decimius. Well, i did that, and now after our conversation he says "Come on, i'll explain on the way!", but doesnt move. He just stands there, with his fists up looking like he wants to brawl with me. I'm guessing this isn't normal and since i didnt attack him previously that this is a bug. I cant continue with the quest so I'm kinda stuck until someone here helps me out. Thanks in advance!

Actually there are some side quests, which don't work. The event doesn't start. You have to reload an older savegame.. I'm having the same issue with the imperial army..

I hope they fix it because I don't have a savegame to load. -.-

I dont have an older savegame :/ this should really be looked into..

rule of thumb for ANY elder scrolls game, have 20 save states. Helps in times like this
