Stuck on Solstheim : V

I've been trying to get to Skyrim from Solstheim by boat, fast travel and even console, but no matter what I do the loading screen just will not progress to the worldspace. I'm just stuck in limbo until I quit and load up back in Raven Rock. Anyone got any ideas? This is kinda inconvenient.

Does the load screen freeze or does it just go non stop?

Just goes on. Most of the time it doesn't even generate a picture or quote.

Did you alter anything recently such as mods?

Yeah, I did. Nothing related to travelling, Solstheim or Skyrim though. Just audio and graphical stuff.

I would check on that, then. Disable (Not uninstall) those mods and try again. If anything, go to a save without those mods.
