is there an unstuck option?

long story short, 10min into game, not even past first main quest. saw a stone slab I thought I could jump onto, but ended up in the space beside it. now I can't move nor jump. can only crouch.

I'm sure there's plenty of opportunities to get stuck in the future, so just wondering if there's a way to resolve those issues, without having to revert to an earlier save.
