i'm having a big problem with cazador,i killed several of them,and runned to shack,and now 4 or 5 of them waits outside by the door,i can't escape tme neither kill.tried to shot them,go back into shack,restore health,and when again repeating that,but now i'm able to shot like 2 times and kill 1 from 4 of them,but they kill me like in half s,now i even can't back to shack,i'm dead instant...can't move on forward,just stuck in that shack,dunno that to do..

What kind of guns do you have? Try to trigger up vats and shoot them all in the wings, then run away while they are limping toward you.


You might also try waiting in the shack for 3 days. That will reset the outside gameworld.

In a situation like that, while in an interior cell I crouch and watch my status, when it turns green I then wait a couple of hours, I then stand at the door click to leave while holding down the forward movement button, basically make a break for it and don't look back.

well i can shot only one of them,ussualy i'm dead even before turning vats,i have to push it like mad to enter before i'm dead,and i can't run,becouse they are blocking the way and they kill with 1,2hits...light minigun looks like most efective right now..

It's slightly cheating, but if you save and reload the game they should come out of Caution/Danger mode and go back to their sandbox behaviour. Wait until nightfall and try sneaking out.

And this is why I went and got the Alien Blaster first before doing anything else--Cazadors get [censored] by the Alien Blaster.

Turn the difficulty down to very easy and have at them!

the cazadores kept killing me, and seemed to be much more difficult than deathclaws.

Finally, I found the solution! A few doses of Turbo, plus super slam perk and super sledge (or rebar club or sledgehammer) will take down any pack of cazadores on even very hard setting with light armor without using VATS at all.

Cazadores, they are worse than Deathclaws.

Two tricks I learned (unfortunately pretty late in the game):

1. Blast their wings off. Their biggest advantage is their speed, and they're pretty harmless on the ground.
2. Fire. They're incredibly weak to fire, so a shishkebab, incendiary grenade, flamer or Anti-materiel rifle with incendiary rounds are your friend.

in one on one cazadors are weaker then death claws but considering the ass clowns AL W A Y S in swarms cazadors are a bigger threat

Just fist them they have no DT so they are pretty easy to kill if you have spiked fists or a bladed gauntlet

That doesn't mean they won't still be a challenge. Beleive me, even with a loaded up incinerator on Very Easy I've had some very close calls with them.

hehe funny thing happen on my current play through, I was wandering around goodspring and got to close to some cazadors one started coming towards me. I started backing up and next thing I noticed was going into a conversation with victor. After our conversation the cazador went straight to him and one shoted him. I backed away and started shooting with my varmint rifle. I ended up killing it by shooting it in the wings and body. It took most of my ammo, but it died.

they aren't all that bad

Try exiting the room crouched and pound whatever the button for VATS is.

If that fails, is there a chance you have a stealthboy? Come out crouched with it already used and make for the hill when you have a little distance.

What drugs do you have on you.. If you have some turbo it might give you a chance to escape. Something I always tried if I couldn't get through something is to just load up on drugs and try again.
