Goodmorning/ Goodday/ Goodevening

I have Bought Rage a While ago and Quited it when i was at the Ghost hideout ( fighting with a lowly handgun wasn't my style so i ditched the game ) and started with something else, but now i'm back with the game and now have the second car and did most missions in wellsprings.

But now for my questions...

Question one
Controls, how do i select between the throwblade , the h.e. grenade and other things, i think there is a menu but further i'm a bit lost...

Question two
DLC..... is it coming or not ( i can of course run by interviews and reviews and previews but thats gonna take time, but i do like a read!!
