So I had absolutely no problem running Skyrim at a near-constant 60 fps prior to installing Dragonborn. Now, with the DLC installed, I get similar framerates, however, I also get pervasive and constant stuttering in all outdoor areas. This manifests as a brief hitch roughly every 3-4 seconds. Doesn't occur indoors, but I presume it's related to loading the new game assets when traveling outdoors.

It's worth noting this problem occurs even when within the main Skyrim region in addition to the DLC region.

- Windows 7 x64

Anyone else had similar problems? I swear, Bethesda games are possibly the only ones on the market which seem to have more issues the more they patch and provide new content for them...
