I'm having major stuttering issues, and I was wondering if it's because the game loads content as it goes? is that why the game loads so fast when starting it?
wouldn't one need a good CPU for that? also, is there any way to preload/precache the game prior to playing it so that it does not stutter?

Have you got SLI? Disable SLI because it causes stuttering.

No, I have an AMD card. and I don't have Crossfire either.
