OK. Bored on the endless jerkign ande stuttering. I tried lowest settings (FYI runnning OC'd i2500k and OC'd 6950)

It still stuttered and jumped around.... good FPS, but jittery.

Went back on to Ultra settings, ran in window mode. Smooth as can be and locked at 60FPs

This reminds me fo the weird problem of Crysis defaulting to 24 FPS in full screen, but fine when windowed.

now I know the cause... Anyone know how to fix this?

I read a lot of people use http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34 to keep the game at 59fps to fix those issues. It runs great for me besides the epic fps drops.

Thing is I dont need to run an FPS limiter. My confusion is, what is different between windowed and full screen in Skyrim?
