The CELL helo is hovering in front of a tall building when Alcatraz is heading to investigate the alien crash site and does not attack Alcatraz while he is searching the crash site. On Alcatraz's return to where the helo was hoverng, it flies away. The elevator doors to the the crash site will not pry open and Alcatraz cannot proceed with the game.
