Until I downloaded the 1.7 patch. Wanting to start fresh, and hopeful we'd eventually get the DLC for it, I started over from scratch this time with a dawnguard character in mind, so it's not lingering problems from a save file. Here's the list of thigns I've seen so far:
Air Smithing: When an NPC goes to either smith or work on one of the other related tools, they'll occasionally be operating it from like ten feet away. The grind wheel's particularly strange - they're floating in mid air and doing the right animation, while the grindwheel is workign just fine... ten feet away with nobody on it.
Land Sharks: A Slaughterfish followed me on land. I didn't even know I had an enemy on my tail until I took damage... when I turned around I happened to see a slaughterfish. The river it came from is like, 30 feet away.
Flying Dogs: Well, guards too, but you could claim they're "dogs of the military" or something. Anywho, it occasionally happens that an NPC will forget where the ground is. I've had them walking around doing whatever... while they're ten feet in the air. I can literally walk under them. Similar issue happens with Barbas, where any time there's a barrier between myself and him, he will FLY over it. Like, literally, keep walking and climb straight up and over whatever it may be. There are times I've had to fast travel in what I was hoping to be a no-fast travel file because he got stuck on the ceiling.
There's many other strange things going on, but nothing I can recall off the tip of my tongue. Long story short - this patch broke more for me than it fixed.
