Not so much horrificly low Frames Per Second but when i drag my mouse its has a small gap inbetween me moving the mouse and my character turning or jumping or attacking to even opening the player menu (items, magic, map + skills) but upon choosing a sub menu to follow the latency stops. Also the pause menu works fine too.
- I had only fast-traveled to Windhelm, not crashes, no quiting the game, no problems.
- I hadn't changed any settings or even opened the pause menu.
- I hadn't minimized or changed any of my computer settings, just sat there while it loaded.
- When it became to much i sat there for a minute or two to try and let it catch up, it didnt.
What i was doing...
I was doing the brotherhood qeust line and after fast-traveling to Windhelm i noticed my FPS has dropped slightly, but i pushed on up towards Anga's mill but the Latency/FPS i was having made it un-playable, all i was doing was walking towards my objective, i decided to save the game and fast-travel to Whiterun but i couldnt escape the latency in cities or out in the middle of nowhere.
What iv tryed...
- Google the problem and tryed some of the solutions like turn down Shadow, Antialiasing to x2
- I also tryed turning all settings down to low (Was playing on ultra with high FPS) and it made things alot better but still noticable
Sorry for the 1000 page essay
