Suddenly MemLeak issues even on Vanilla

Hi everyone,

I tried searching everywhere for symptoms similar to the one that suddenly happened to me but I found nothing that really fits what I'm about to describe (if I happen to have overlooked something please link me to the right place).

So I've been playing since release date from Steam, never had any major issues with Skyrim, aside some faulty mods that I would do a clean removal if they acted up, but around a couple of weeks a phantom issue appeared that's causing my saves to bloat up and some random CTD's and FPS drop. I haven't done any hardware change for the past 5 months (I changed my video card and it improved my gameplay about 50%) nor any software change to cause this.

It started happening with my previous game about a couple of weeks ago where I had a 55 lv char, using several mods (ENB, Warzones, 2KTextures and MonsterWars were the heaviest and several other but they are pretty well kept and the load order was made by BOSS). Suddenly I started having some lag, CTDs and I noticed that whenever I used pcb it would clean a bunch of stuff (and it was constantly, whenever I got somewhere). So I thought it was a mod issue and decided to do a full fresh uninstall. Removed all files from Skyrim folder, all mods, all tools and re installed. Started a new save/character (I did add some few mods that I knew caused no problem before starting the game), and as soon as I got to the first city and entered a building I did a pcb and it cleaned a bunch of stuff, but I haven't seen any major performance drop (aside my FPS staying max 30 on the outdoors) until I had a no error message CTD after reaching level 12 and after this it turned into something constant.

After searching around I decided to do another full clean uninstall, upgraded my videocard drivers(was on 301 and went to latest 306), ran antivirus, did everything I usually do to fix my beth games, killed all my saves and re installed the game. I didn't add any mods this time, went in full vanilla and created a new character but as soon as I got inside the first building and ran pcb I saw the same thing happen. I didn't get any CTDs yet but only because I haven't really played it because I am a bit wary of investing in a new character that might simply stop working or get corrupted. In this new game the FPS on the outside is still maxed at 30 (which is the FPS I got with all those heavy mods above).

Here's my rig: 4x1gb 800 ram, Q6600 2.4ghz, GTX560 2gb, 7200 sata 2 (no ssd), Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

So... any help? If there's any information I can provide to help identifying what's happening let me know.

And so soooo sorry for the length of this post, I was never known for brevity.

Don't rely on pcb to tell you anything useful. Play the game. If there are problems, then you should ask for help. Otherwise, it's generally paranoia or some such.
