I got this from a dark brotherhood quest but it doesn't seem to be working. I am not sure if I am just doing it wrong or if it's a bug. I aimed at the ground and hit RB(I am playing on Xbox). Nothing happens, then I hit RB again, and then it tells me I can only use my powers once a day.. So what gives???

EDIT: okay I tried using it in another location and it worked. Wasn't working in the dark brotherhood lair for some odd reason. Moderator can close this thread now.

that spectral assassin is actually pretty annoying. He keeps ranting about the same stuff, he is a good fighter, but none the less annoying. I think I killed him myself just to get him to shut up...very annoying it is...
