Thanks a bunch for posting this. I was hoping that I could somehow see how much the powers cost so I could plan ahead a little, never really expected to actually see it.

I did not find this, I am merely copy+pasting it here just to inform you guys. This is the work of really dedicated people and I don't want to take any of the credit for it.

I already picked out my supernatural powers and enhancements but I am having issue with the upgrade. If you don't find EVERYTHING in every level for Coin, you won't be able to get a lot of upgrades and the blue prints play a huge role in that too.

So do the runes and charms randomly generate? I'm wondering how a guide can claim to chart the location of all of them for you. Or maybe it's a matter of there's four permutations that could be used.

I'm confused about something upon re-reading: "At first, you can equip only 3 bone charms at any given time. As you move thru the game, you can purchase a pair of bone charm capacity upgrades that give you additional slots up to a total of six at a time. Make sure the bone charms you equip complement each other. For example, the Albinos charm generates more white rat encounters, but this does you little good unless you also equip the Welcoming Host charm which extends the length of time you can possess any white rate (using the Possession power) by an extra 10 seconds."

So does that mean an upgrade enables the use of two more charms, for a total of 15 that can be in effect or are they saying you'll only be able to wear six total. Math seems weird with the latter proposition.

Yeah, it's a weird thing. Runes and bone charms are still randomized but I doubt they will be all over the map. Most likely a few designated locations they can be randomized once loading the level. As for the Bone Charms, I truly don't know. Looking at it, 15 slots will be kinda wasteful because there aren't 15 that appeal to a certain playstyle, so I am gonna go with 6.

Does anyone know if like in Bioshock you can combine passive powers of the same type for greater effect ? For example in Bioshock there was Eve link 1&2

I'm not sure how that would work in this case. Each power already has built in tiers that support themselves. From the sound of it, there's perfect charms to go with each style of play, but beyond that...

15 charms might be a touch excessive but half of them are multi-purpose. It's supportable. Anyway I'm looking forward to seeing how effective Full Blink, Bend Time, Dark Vision, Possession, and Agility are along with 1 Windblast and 1 [insert passive-most likely Vit. since this is aimed to be non-lethal]. It's a nice cross-section of everything except no rat oceans and blood frenzies. And ashes.
