In the description it says everyone else moves slower while you move faster but thats not true at all as everyone yourself included moves slow as hell >.< they should have added a better night power then that one.

Thats why I didnt understand why in the VL vs WW argument, people acted like it was the equivalent of Prince of Persia slow time power. Its basically the same as the shout. Not very good. To me, anyway. You are still slightly faster then everyone else, though.

They are slowed more than you, not the same extent as the slow time shout though it seems.

It's always useful to play the game in slow motion, even if you're slowed by the same amount. Better accuracy, easier to dodge etc.

Isn't that called lag?

I feel the same way about the Slow time shout.
