Is it me or what but Im so surprise I have not seen more topics on farming.. How do you think Farming will be put into the game??? I hope its like a Harvest Moon feel to it.. What do you think? maybe it has something to do with that Than Title or something

HAHA agreed! To be totally honest I don't remember anything being said about farming. I didn't know that was one of the professions you could choose, being as Farmer is my last name, if this is confirmed I really only have one job choice, right? Can't be Farmer the Blacksmith. lol

Probably just picking stuff I don't see us growing things.

I'm actually pretty excited about it, it'll be a nice adition to roleplayers. I am not sure on how it'll work though, probably like craftybits for Oblivion?

The npcs get angry if you take food from there gardens ( this was said months ago by who, I don't remember) so I don't see why you can't buy a house with a nice sized garden. But as for owning a farm? Who knows.... Would be nice though.

I'd love to be able to farm, but I don't really expect more than Oblivion, which was pretty much only the harvesting part. (There are tons of farms in Oblivion you can visit to do that, though.)

Well, we have actual smithing, leathermaking, among other crafting abilities, I wouldn't be surprised at all if we had actual farming. It was done with mods in Oblivion, and Bethesda seems to be taking many ideas from mods for Skyrim.

I doubt farms will be very large so it's probably going to be more like gardening rather than proper farming. Still interesting though.

Yea I understand that gardening either way im ok with it. It's just another little thing i feel like will make the game feel alive and fresh either way im happy with it or not, Its not to big of a deal but the idea of if just seems awesome

I think actual farming would be fun. I could see having to till a patch of suitable ground, planting seeds that you might have bought from a market stall, pulling weeds and watering the plants as they grown and then you get to harvest whatever you grew. And it would be cool if you could collect the seeds from what you grew so you could plant them again.

all i know is there better be a recipe for making mead with juniper berries
