I'm switching to a vegan lifestyle

Post » Wed Jul 18, 2012 11:13 am

My youngest went "vegetarian" a couple of years ago. She eats dairy and eggs and fish,
She's a pescetarian.

So, no chocalate, no ice cream and ETC.
I cannot think of anything that would mean he would have to stop eating chocolate. Milk chocolate, sure, but not chocolate in general. There are some soy based icecreams out there that a pretty good, too.

Coconut is better. Recently had some coconut water popsicles. Delicious. :liplick:

Eat lots of mints. Not for your sake, but for the sake of the people around you.

I work by myself so it shouldn't be a problem.

This site's quite nice and has a vegan section. I've only ever tried the mushroom casserole from here (you can't have it, dairy) but it was lush. Some other recipes look nice but if you're not in a position where you can find all the ingredients easily and cheap it's probably not worth it.

That happened to my sister before when she used to be vegan, but fortunately I just ordered a B12 spray from a vegan website she showed me at the time, which helped and she was also getting shots for it. She's not vegan now anymore. I'm not vegan or vegetarian either but I don't eat a lot of meat either, at least not frequently everyday like some people.
