Is there anyone else thinking about what that symbol Corvo gets on his hand? I'm really interested about what this might mean! As well as the man who gave it to him. I'm thinking that man just might be the same assassin who killed the empress and is now helping him for his own secret intention. I might be dead wrong here though :/

Maybe I will seem crazy, but I see a sword through a semicircle. The Outsider can go through all(?) xDD

The symbol probably means nothing, but I might double check with some developers on that. And it really should because symbols don't have to be meaningful by their design. A symbol is given power and meaning by people, with enough people a picture with some scribbles on it can become a deity.

The Outsider does not assassinate the Empress, an assassin that also received powers from him called Daud is the one who did it. Corvo will probably become aware of this (if he is not from the very beginning he meets with The Outsider) and we'll see how he reacts to it. If he wants justice he must make the darker choice. Some real gray areas there.

And I do agree that having the same avatars will be a problem. I would change mine since I was intending to but since my artist is a way for a week or two I cannot. So I would ask politely if you did that and when I gain my new avatar you can change back. If you want that is...
I know a lot of people have similar avatars but mine was personally made by one of my artist friends so I carry deep pride with his work and would appreciate it if you understood that.
