When making condition items, what does target mean, and what does subject mean?

In this example, I want to check the player as having greater than 65 speechcraft to be able to have this speech option, and make sure they have >= 4000 gold.

The subject is the person doing the thing. For example; a dialogue line. The subject is the person speaking the line. The target is the person it's done to. If you say 'GetIsMale' on subject, the line is only said by males. If you say 'GetIsMale' on target, the line will only be said to a male.
