Tech Support E-Mail Problem

I E-mailed Bethesda tech support asking if they could tell me a way to could fix Serana constantly EVERY 5 seconds saying "Yes? What did you need?" because it's very distracting and ruins conversations and voice overs from other NPCs.

I got an E-mail back, which got sent to my spam folder other tech support responses from other places I've dealt with didn't. It said they entered it into the database and to check the bethblog. There was nothing about how I might be able to deal with this myself or even something like a "sorry but we have no fix at this time". That's all there was. Also, at the bottom of the e-mail was a copy of what I initially sent in, but it was garbled into gibberish.

What's the deal with this? It looks very sloppy and unprofessional.

This shouldn't be too hard to change with the Creation Kit, if someone hasn't made a little mod for it yet.
