I got an E-mail back, which got sent to my spam folder other tech support responses from other places I've dealt with didn't. It said they entered it into the database and to check the bethblog. There was nothing about how I might be able to deal with this myself or even something like a "sorry but we have no fix at this time". That's all there was. Also, at the bottom of the e-mail was a copy of what I initially sent in, but it was garbled into gibberish.
What's the deal with this? It looks very sloppy and unprofessional.
