2 I have I7 and it was a no end annoiance the flawed fallout.exe that only took 2 processors. Have you fixed it?

3 would adding mods require another fose/fomm set of programs? or this time the fallout.exe will be more mod friendly?

4 how will steam react to major mod play ? I curently have 30 on fallout 3.

If your asking if you can run it then heres the thread for that :
PC Requirements Thread - http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1118747-can-my-pc-run-new-vegas/

If your asking about Mods, then yes I believe the GECK was to be confirmed.

1. Someone confirmed in an interview that an updated G.E.C.K. will be available (I presume once the game is launched)
2. something for the devs to reply on
3. no idea but I presume it'll remain the same as with Fallout 3
4. never bought Fallout 3 through Steam so I couldn't tell.

Hope you'll get answers soon from those who are able to reply on questions 2, 3 and 4.

1) Geck has been confirmed as others have said. Still unknown whether it'll be availiable on release or whether there'll be a slight delay.

2)Apparently New Vegas has been optimized for multiple cores.

3) Both FOMM and FOSE allow you do more than you normally would. Far, far more features. And there's been script extenders and mod managers for Beth games since Morrowind. So I'm guessing you'd still need them for some mods.

4)Mods will work with Steam. Valve went out of their way to work with modders to ensure mods worked with Oblvion and fallout 3.
