Telekenesis? : V

Anyone know where I can get it? or if it's even still in - I know Mysticism was scrapped, but I heard the spells folded into other schools and I'm sure I read it was in a while ago.

So, anyone got it? It's quite useful to steal stuff - I'm at the College of Winterhold and I've spoken to every single person who can teach/sell spells and no one has it...

Any ideas?

I found it on a table in one of the first few rooms of Labyrinthian (you go there in one of the College quests).

I'm not playing a Mage yet so I haven't looked for it, but does anyone know if it has combat applications this time around? Throw around enemies maybe or objects to hit enemies with?
