So, I've completed the Telvanni quest and Neloth gave me the "bed and chest." I looked around the tower and the bedroom still has cobwebs and both the bed and bedroll on the ground are owned so I cannot use them.

I completed the quest where you fix the house, but I did it after I completed the "main" Telvanni questline.

Is anybody else getting this issue?
