There is an NPC in Skyrim named Temba Wide-Arms. She runs the mill in Ivarstad. She has to be a reference to the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Darmok. One of the phrases used by the Tamarian captian is "Temba, his arms wide".

Yeah there's a been a lot of funny references easter eggs in recent Bethesda games. Loved the Fallout 3 w/ the 2 burnt corpses from Star Wars (forgot their names )
