In this pic you can see that the western part of mainland Morrowind is gone. Windhelm and Riften are right up to the coast, and the whole portion of Morrowind that should be there is gone. Is this an official map?

Not all areas of a province will be openly explorable on launch. They have said this numerous times.

Yes, but that doesn't mean they are CUT RIGHT OUT OF EXISTENCE!

In the other pics, the areas which cannot yet be explored are not shaded in, but they are still there. Look at this map, a huge part of Morrowind is just gone. Seriously, compare this to a map of Tamriel and tell me you don't see it.
